With over 15 years’ experience in project and team management, I’m well aware of the difficulties encountered within organizations, and the tools needed to overcome them.
Driven by the desire to build bridges between cultures, disciplines, and most importantly, people, I naturally founded OTORI to help people improve their relationships.
In search of answers, I enrolled at EPFL to study physics. My career continued in Japan, where I worked as an engineer. Back in Switzerland, I broadened my knowledge of large-scale industrial project management and became an international product manager.
I have held management positions in a number of well-known companies and institutions, leading teams and coordinating groups in large interdisciplinary and transversal projects.
Passionate about learning and sharing knowledge, I completed my studies with an MBA and a professional facilitation certificate.
