FAQ about Facilitations / Mediations

For the first session, please schedule a minimum of 2 hours.

This will give me the opportunity to explain the methodology I’ll be using and to run a full discussion session.

A preliminary one-on-one session may be desirable.

At the end of the initial session, we can determine the desired follow-up: frequency, duration and modalities.

Facilitation can take place on your premises or at an off-site location.

What’s important is a comfortable and safe environment for participants.

Facilitation services vary depending on a number of factors:

  • Localisation of facilitation (travel expenses)
  • Context of facilitation (mediation at work, in the office, private, number of people involved…)
  • Is an individual facilitation session desirable beforehand?
  • Is follow-up planned?
